Cancellation
If, for any reason, you have to cancel an agreed booking, this must be notified to us in writing. The following cancellation fees will apply as set out below:

Alternatively a substitute delegate can be provided. This course is not transferable to a future date or course. In the event that Success Allies®, LLC, is unable to hold your scheduled training, you will have the option of attending a similar training within a calendar year of your scheduled class or you can receive a full refund of your tuition, minus the cost of your Pre-Study Training Materials ($500). |
