Mindfulness has been defined as:  “...an open-hearted, moment-to-moment, non-judgmental awareness.” (Jon Kabat-Zinn) 

To be mindful means to wake up to the present moment and gracefully flow with life.  We are rarely mindful and tend to have our attention in our past and future.  We also tend to judge our life situation in ways that give rise to grasping and rejecting instead of accepting.  This does not mean that one must be resigned to what is happening but instead means that by being mindful one can act more wisely and Live Inspired!

Our Mindfulness Coaching Retreats last for 1 weekend (Fri 3pm - Sun noon) and are suited for everyone.  Imagine setting aside a weekend to reconnect with yourself in a natural setting where you can learn a wide assortment of powerful skills that will enable you to live an Inspired Life!  Our innovative retreats provide you with the tools, support, and natural environment to profoundly improve your overall health and well-being.  

We provide a unique blend of mindfulness skills training, ACT coaching www.contextualpsychology.org/act_for_the_public,   and profound relaxation in locations best suited for you to begin rediscovering balance, strength, awareness, and peace while reconnecting with what matters most to you!   Recent published research has shown ACT interventions have helped people manage their health more effectively, perform better at work, increase their ability to handle pain, decrease their stress and anxiety, and improve their energy and life satisfaction levels to name just a few.
