ACT for Coaches Workshop Description
 

Our ACT for Coaches Workshops are designed to help professional coaches take their practices to a whole new level of effectiveness.  They are straightforward, informative, and fun!  We provide you with a well-designed overview of the ACT model in an easily accessible format.  Our workshops are experiential in nature and many exercises are introduced and practiced in a manner similar to how you would introduce them to your clients.  We also offer special ACT for Health and Social Care Professionals Workshops upon request.  Contact our office for details.
